We use PostNL and United States Postal Service (USPS) ‘Priority’ and ship at our discretion depending on the weight, size, destination and transit time of your order. Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. We ship throughout Europe and and many other countries. Shipments outside the Netherlands at fixed rates. You will see your country’s rate at checkout.

Your order will be shipped from The Netherlands. Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to display results (estimated delivery date, current location, ext.). Orders can take anywhere from 2-5 days to arrive. To get an exact date, please check your tracking number.

We can ask to leave your package in a specified location at your request, but it is ultimately at the driver's discretion to decide whether a signature is required. A signature is generally required in the following cases: The package is being delivered to an apartment, condominium, or business complex. The package's contents are valued at more than 50 euro. The driver feels it isn't a safe place to leave a package.

If you are not likely to be home when the package arrives, we recommend you leave a note asking the driver to leave the package with a neighbor or building manager.
